These Terms and Conditions govern your use of kaziitsolutions.com and any services or products purchased from Kazi IT Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide web design & development, digital marketing, and software, automation and AI services. The scope, price and delivery timeline of each service are confirmed in writing (quotation, invoice or email) before work starts.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made online through SSLCOMMERZ (cards, mobile banking, net banking) or by bank transfer. Work begins after the agreed advance or full payment is received. Card and payment information is processed securely by SSLCOMMERZ; we do not store your card details.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content and approvals on time. Delays in providing materials may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Delivery
Digital services are delivered online (website handover, access credentials, reports or files) within the timeline agreed for each project. No physical shipping is involved.
5. Intellectual property
After full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for you belong to you. We may show the completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party software, themes, plugins and stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or data, or issues caused by third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, Facebook/Meta, Google or payment gateways). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
8. Prohibited use
You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to distribute harmful content.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Faridpur, Bangladesh.
