Delivery Policy

Kazi IT Solutions provides digital services. This policy explains how and when our services are delivered after you place an order and complete payment.

1. Delivery method

All our services are delivered online. No physical product is shipped, so there is no shipping or courier charge. Depending on the service, delivery is made by:

• Publishing the website on your domain/hosting, or sharing a live link
• Handing over admin logins, source files or project files by email, Google Drive or WhatsApp
• Launching ad campaigns in your ad account and sharing reports
• Installing and activating software, automation or chatbot systems on your accounts

2. When work starts

Work begins within 1 to 2 working days after we receive your payment (advance or full, as agreed) and the information or materials needed for the project.

3. Standard delivery timelines

The exact timeline for each order is confirmed in the quotation or invoice before work starts.

4. Delays

Delivery may take longer if materials, content or approvals from the client are delayed, or if third-party platforms (hosting, domain registrar, Meta, Google, payment gateways) cause delays. We will inform you promptly of any change to the timeline.

5. Delivery confirmation

When the service is delivered, we will notify you by email, phone or WhatsApp. Please review the delivery and report any issue within 7 days; we will fix issues that fall within the agreed scope at no extra cost.

6. Service area

We serve clients across Bangladesh and internationally. Since delivery is online, location does not affect delivery time.

7. Non-delivery

If we are unable to deliver an order, you will receive a refund according to our Return and Refund Policy (processed within 7 to 10 working days).
